Eight semi- structured interviews were performed with the old descendants, through the Oral Story method. The interviews were fully transcribed for qualitative analysis of the speeches focused on life stories and family recipes. Results show typical recipes from the German gastronomy, learned with mothers or grandmothers with few changes of ingredients and the method of preparation. However these recipes are not been passed to the currents generations and this can compromise the gastronomic culture. A local intervention is necessary to avoid the lost of this legacy.http://www.redalyc.org/articulo.oa?id=88122240011 |
