The SOME study, in which Carrier et al., evaluated the efficacy of a screening strategy for occult cancer in patients with a first unprovoked venous thromboembolism. The study by Freedman et al., shows that the use of apple juice is not inferior to oral electrolyte maintenance solution in children with mild gastroenteritis. Gágyor et al., investigated about the use of ibuprofen versus fosfomycin for treating symptoms of uncomplicated urinary tract infection. Finally, the meta-analysis of Martindale et al., provided valuable information about the tests that should be done in the diagnosis of acute heart failure.http://aprendeenlinea.udea.edu.co/revistas/index.php/iatreia/article/view/26914/20782773Anti-Bacterial AgentsEarly Detection of CancerEmergency Medical ServicesFluid TherapyGastroenteritisIbuprofenInfectionHeart FailureNeoplasmsRehydration SolutionsVenous ThromboembolismWater-Electrolyte Balance
