Furthermore, the approximation properties of the operators <inline-formula> <graphic file="1029-242X-2009-852897-i2.gif"/></inline-formula> are studied. An estimate on the rate of convergence of the operators <inline-formula> <graphic file="1029-242X-2009-852897-i3.gif"/></inline-formula> for functions of bounded variation is obtained.</p>
