Description
Summary:This article pretends to reassess the image in the film Shoah (1985), by Claude Lazmann. It will analyze the film from the process of resilience: in discussing the open wounds in a given culture, we will see how the film proposes a review of the Holocaust. In this film images taken as empty earn meaning and are more powerful than the plethora of symbols that are commonly used in films that have the same theme.
