Summary: | The purpose of this article is analyze the links maintained between faculty who teach courses in Administration and Technology in Human Resource Management and a private higher education institution, located in Minas Gerais countryside. This is a descriptive case study with a qualitative approach, and the theoretical basis sustained in studies accomplished by Psychology, Sociology and Administration. The collection of data was obtained through semi-structured interviews with nine teachers who teach in both courses. The declarations collected with the interviewee showed that the links that best revealed the relationship between teachers and the HEI were: identification, sense of belonging, participation in decisions, idealization of the organization, cooperation, solidarity and integration among members. And the links that less expressed were: recognition and appreciation of individuals as well as professional growth. |
