One of the dominant tasks of the applied theory of complex systems is the task of building the control processes of the complex system structure. A solving of it is a necessary external addition to the problematics of well axiomatized mathematical theory of systems, which created the apparatus of researching the internal properties of the dynamic differential and finite dynamic systems (controllability, observability, etc.) and allows to solve the tasks of logical management of system structure and control of dynamics of subsystems in vector spaces. The computational scheme for modeling of systems with the managed structure has been defined as well.
