Primary glomerular disease recurrence is a dreaded complication of any kidney graft since it is impossible to prevent it with no guidelines or recommendations. C3 glomerulopathy is a condition which has very high recurrence rate after renal transplant, but rapid recurrence in a case who had a benign course of illness pretransplant is unique to this patient and needs to be discussed. |
