Description
Summary:Renal transplant is the definitive treatment of choice for patients with end-stage renal failure and owing to the cost and problems involved with the surgery, long-term survival of the graft is a very important aspect of care. Primary glomerular disease recurrence is a dreaded complication of any kidney graft since it is impossible to prevent it with no guidelines or recommendations. C3 glomerulopathy is a condition which has very high recurrence rate after renal transplant, but rapid recurrence in a case who had a benign course of illness pretransplant is unique to this patient and needs to be discussed.
