Application on the Series Multi-cells Converter for Implementation and Comparison between a Higher Order Sliding Mode Control and Simple Order

In this paper, a sliding mode control of a series multi-cells converter is introduced. Multi-cells topologies have gained a lot of popularity because of their advantages over classical energy conversion structures. These advantages include: modularity, reduction of component constraints, high effici...

In order to highlight the performance of higher order sliding mode control, it is compared to a simple order of sliding mode control. The results show the higher order sliding mode control is able to eliminate the phenomenon of chattering caused by a simple order of sliding mode control.http://electroinf.uoradea.ro/images/articles/CERCETARE/Reviste/JEEE/JEEE_V8_N1_MAY_2015/SKENDER_JEEEv8nr1may2015.pdfseries multi-cells converterhigher order sliding modechatteringsuper Twisting
