It shows that during the NEV adoption process, more and more emphasis has been laid on indirect subsidies. Although local NEV adoption is uneven and some cities lag behind the national pace to some extent, the regional coordination and integration has potential to boost the popularization of NEVs in an environmental and sustainable way.
