Here, we present two cases- one case of primary Masson’s tumour (swelling on left index finger) and other case of secondary Masson’s tumour with angiomatosis (left foot swelling). Histopathological features of both the cases are discussed along with immunohistochemistry, differential diagnosis and brief review of literature.
