Description
Summary:The frequency dependence of the electrical properties of a new complex multiferroic Bi4Pb2Ti3FeNbO18 at different temperatures was investigated by impedance spectroscopy technique. The impedance spectroscopic data were collected at different frequencies (100Hz–1MHz) and temperatures (25–500 °C). This study provides important information about the effect of grain and grain boundary on microstructures of the materials. The data are presented in the Nyquist plots, from which electrical resistivity is determined.
