Summary: | The article deals with the urgent problem of strategic competent organization management.Peculiarities of strategic management paradigm application at the domestic enterprises in the modern economic conditions have been studied; the essence of a competent organization has been defined. It has been justified that the basis of a competent organization is the key competences, the formation of which is based on the enterprise intellectual capital. The stages of organization strategy selection process have been suggested on the basis of key competences formation.As a result of the research it has been revealed that the strategic development of a competent organization is impossible without key competences creation on the basis of permanent personnel development. The application of the suggested approach to organization development strategy selection on the basis of detection and consolidation of key competences in accordance with the distinguished stages of the process enable domestic enterprises to augment the efficiency of the performance and thus to ensure the high level competitiveness in future.Fundamental management theory regulations have been put to the basis of the research. Such methods as the analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, theoretic generalization and argumentation have been used in the research process.
