The methodological approach that has been proposed allows to consider the system as a multifactorial, closed with adjustable anthropogenic impacts on the environment, which allowed to develop a model of the irrigation system as a management object, taking into account environmental considerations and impacts on it natural and controllable factors, as well as the optimization factors. Determined classification which is required for operational planning and management of irrigation, including information and referral, seasonal and operational information.
