These permanent changes, which are extremely dynamic and complex, have profound social, economic and cultural implications, which are diffi cult to predict and estimate in-depth. This paper aims to highlight the need for an integrated thinking in terms of making decisions that apparently are only related to the introduction of IT&C in the education fi eld.
