Drum testing had been performed to measure the vibrations of KOMACHI solid tires (size 6.00-9 inch), monitoring the contact force during solid tire rolling on a drum. The characteristic curves of solid tire were proposed to be used for estimating the vibration effects on KOMACHI solid tires. The peak-to-peak distance in contact force of the rolling tire under a compression load had a severe effect on the tractor suspension.
