As most of the EU countries, as well as Serbia, face with low population growth, the pro-birth policy it is characteristically and at the same time recognizing individuals the right of free family planning, which includes the right to decide whether and how many children have, and how much space will be between of birth. This paper analyzes the important acts that directly or indirectly affect the increase in population growth, as well as those solutions that contribute to the realization of the right to family planning.
