Description
Summary:This is an experience report with two basic education classes, one in a kindergarten class, with children aged between 5 and 6 years (public school), and another with first-year children, aged between 6 and 7 years (private school), in Uruguaiana/RS. With social isolation, it was necessary to apply strategies to ensure the continuity of studies, the Municipal School of Early Childhood Education Cecilia Meireles adopted the sending of remote activities and the Laura Vicunã Institute, private network, adopted the Clipescola platform, using the modality of study plans followed by virtual meetings. It is evident that in this period of social isolation due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, virtual meetings with synchronous classes developed in the private institution enable the maintenance of student-teacher and student-student interaction, maintaining in the best possible way the fundamental educational and affective bonds in the school phase of literacy.
