Methods: A total of 58 patinets were suspected IC from March 2015 to March 2016 at our hospital, in 58 cases of patients with ischemic colitis. 38 patients with IC and 20 patients with no IC through colonoscopic, meanwhile select 38 patients of normal, to detection the level of IMA and D-two polymer in every groups. Results: The level of IMA and D-two polymer in IC is higher than the no IC and the patients of normal; there was no significantly difference between the no IC and the patients of normal; the level of D-two polymer in the group of multisegment lesion is highter than the group of Single lesion; also the level of IMA in the group of multisegment lesion is highter than the group of Single lesion, but there was no significantly difference; the sensitivity and specificity of combined IMA and D-two polymer is 0.84 and 0.75, the area under the curve is 0.95, and higher than the single test obviously. Conclusion: The detection of IMA combined with D- two polymer can improve the sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of ischemic colitis.http://www.hnykdxxb.com/PDF/201803/06.pdf IMAD-two polymerIC
