Mergers can be used by non-profit organizations(NPOs) as a way to increase community service to share limited resources and engage assetsincluding willingness. Even if it hasn't been widely implemented in the past, the number of NPOstaking into account such a commitment is increasing. The merger procedure of non-profitorganizations is very similar to that of for-profit organizations, both in terms of process steps andfactors to be tracked, such as synergies, cost savings, or other benefits.
