Mergers can be used by non-profit organizations(NPOs) as a way to increase community service to share limited resources and engage assetsincluding willingness. Even if it hasn't been widely implemented in the past, the number of NPOstaking into account such a commitment is increasing. The merger procedure of non-profitorganizations is very similar to that of for-profit organizations, both in terms of process steps andfactors to be tracked, such as synergies, cost savings, or other benefits. The paper is based on aqualitative research of the main issues related to the merger of non-profit organizations.
