Summary: | The joint training lessons offer up to a certain degree and moment very good conditions for the homogeneous training and education of the team. When the team exceeds the average level of performance, the graph of its development may appear as a straight line or even a regression. At this point it is advisable to introduce individualized training. This led to the optimization of training for certain positions, positions that require specific methods, communication strategies and training approach, which led to a specific study. The individualization work of the coach must begin educationally, in order to obtain the athlete's adherence and his conscious, active and persevering participation in the training process, this sending to optimize the training of specialized players in certain positions (Stirn, I. Carruthers,J., Sibila, M., Pori, P., 2017).The somatic, motor, psychological dynamics of the 21st century athlete require adjustments of training models, applied methods and flexible strategies to determine the adaptation of the handball player to various contexts specific to attack and defense.Given the role and importance of the player specialized in the wing position, we propose, as in this paper, to identify the optimal means of action of the training of the player specialized in the wing position and to make a methodical contribution in deepening the training. |
