Summary:The research aims to analyze the teaching management and professional performance in the training of trainers in the administrative area of the Luis Vargas Torres Technical University, La Concordia office in Ecuador, in order to contribute to the articulation of dimensions for the conformation of the design of a curriculum training program for trainers. It was based on a quantitative approach, methodologically operationalized from a descriptive type. The dimension on the planning and evaluation of learning focused on research, being that 65% consider this factor as essential. The didactic strategy should not be perceived as a mere activity, but rather as a transversal competence on the part of the trainer of trainers, in this way, he will be able to reconcile with other competences such as planning and evaluation of learning, research, as a whole in approaching the formative context to configure a space for interaction between the learner, theory - practice.
