In this direction, shows the trajectory of recent public and external indebtedness of this state and the increasing commitment of social spending in favor of payment of servicing that debt, whi le public services were transformed into objects of capital appreciation with its progressive commodification. Complementarily reflect on the trajectory of the Federal Government's spending in relation to the service of the Brazilian public debt.
