Summary:Melanotic neuroectodermal tumor is a rare benign congenital neoplasm involving the head-and-neck region found in infants <1 year of age. The lesion most commonly affects the maxilla. We report the case of a 4-month-old male child with a tumor involving the anterior region of the maxilla along with a brief review of literature, differential diagnosis, and treatment.
