Through the description of the particular genesis of the three most important agrarian confederations, the article provides a possible theoretical framework for the sectoral associationism of the sector which, indeed, does not seem to be included in the axioms and major structural dynamics related to associationism employer, already conceived by the organizational and labor relations doctrines for the other national sectors. The study also wants to describe and explain the action of the agricultural representatives on the associative circuit and their influence on the world of work. Therefore, the influence of the employer’s association on the contractual system and wage labor will be assessed historically.https://labourlaw.unibo.it/article/view/8793employer representationrepresentativenessagricultural collective bargainingagro-industrial contractssupply chain
