The electronic designstandards are another important factor that composes the foundation of distance learning, teachinglearning and training being designed according to these principles. We intended to gather and use in atechnical application (an electronic learning platform) all this features, to highlight the many benefitsthat distance learning and distance training has onthe modern educational system. A special attentionwas given to the Romanian models of distance learning that shape the current image of the highereducation.
