Summary: | Human resources are key organizational resources, especially in hospitality industry where employees’ service quality is a key factor for guest retention and brand building. This study aims to investigate the effect of human resource practices on employees’ job satisfaction and performance. Regression was utilized for the analysis of data garnered from 162 complete responses from employees working in different functions of 23 hotels of three to five star rankings in Ho Chi Minh City. Results unveiled the positive impact of human resource practices on job satisfaction and performance, which underscores the importance of human resource practices in hospitality services. |
