Summary:<p><em>Tourism potential in the islands is still quite good. This can be interpreted that Tourism in Batam City can also drive the economy in Indonesia. Tourism in Batam City is one of the sources of Regional Original Opinion. Regional Original Revenue generated from tourism is also one of the sources of development financing and public services in Batam City. In this study, the authors involved 85 respondents of tourism businesses in the city of Batam. With five independent variables, namely tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and one dependent variable, Business Satisfaction. Basically, the results of the study found that all independent variables have an influence on Business Entrepreneurship. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the responsiveness variable has a significant influence on the satisfaction of Tourism Business Actors in Batam City. In simultaneous testing between all independent variables against independent variables, it can be seen that the calculated F value = 328.8, which means it is greater than the F table value. This means that the tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy variables together have an influence on the variables of Tourism Business Satisfaction and Culture in Batam City.</em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p><em>Potensi Pariwisata yang ada di Kepulauan masih cukup baik. Ini dapat diartikan bahwasanaya Pariwisata di Kota Batam juga dapat menggerakan perekonomian yang ada di Indonesia. Pariwisata di Kota Batam merupakan salah satu sumber Pendapat Asli Daerah. Pendapatan Asli Daerah yang dihasilkan dari pariwisata juga merupakan salah satu sumber pembiayaan pembangungan serta pelayanan publik di Kota Batam. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis melibatkan 85 orang responden pelaku usaha Pariwisata yang ada di Kota Batam. Dengan Lima variabel bebas <em>yaitu </em><em>tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy </em>dan Satu variabel dependen yaitu Kepuasan Pelaku Usaha. Pada dasarnya dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa semua variabel independen memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kepauasan Pelaku Usaha. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel <em>responsiveness </em>memiliki pengaruh yang cukup sinifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelaku Usaha Pariwisata di Kota Batam. Dalam pengujian secara simultan antara semua variable bebas terhadap variable independen dapat dilihat bahwa nilai F hitung= 328,8 yang berarti lebih besar dari nilai F table. Artinya variabel <em>tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy</em> secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh terhadap variable Kepuasan Pelaku Usaha Pariwisata dan Dinas Kebudayaan di Kota Batam.</em></p>
