| Summary: | The caravans of migrants and refugees in Mexico from northern Central America from October 2018 to April 2019 are studied here. In the present analysis, the human rights situation was studied in Honduras and in Mexico. In Honduras, because the migrants flow comes from Honduras, and in Mexico, because it explains the concentration of migrants to protect themselves from human rights violations during their transit through Mexico. It also analyzes the characteristics of migratory caravans and return programs to their country of origin. |
