| Summary: | The publication presents the most recent results of research conducted in metallurgical enterprises which build Polish metallurgical sector. Three main areas of restructuring were tested, that is repair restructuring, development restructuring and adaptation restructuring. For each type of restructuring there were certain strategies set for functioning of steelworks and their corresponding actions. The last stage of tests was the assessment of conducted restructuring activities in steelworks and reference to situation in metallurgy in perspective of following years. |
