Summary: | The historiography of the Second Republic has always drawn the CNT as the author of three insurrections : January 1932 and January and December 1933. However, the presence of anarcho-syndicalists, who were in charge of the main confederal committees in January 1932, defending the union action against insurrectionalism, raises a doubt more than reasonable on the authorship and the true meaning of this insurrection. This article will aim to clarify both issues as well as the consequences of this movement. |
