| Summary: | The article is devoted to the study of mechanisms of regulation global environmental risks caused by the global integration of national economic systems. In the process of investigation explores the experience of creation and functioning of the various international institutions and separate organizations in the field of environmental monitoring and rationing of economic activity. By the example of World Meteorological Organization and other organizations of different levels discussed tasks and functions of the management of global environmental risks on a world-wide scale, the role and opportunities of international institutions in the field of environmental setting and regulation, as well as the perspectives and directions for further work in this field.
