After twenty years of innovation (doi moi), our economy has been growing more and more.In this trend, commercial banks with granted credit activities play an important role in regulating the capital for the economy.Besides, the stock market with function of capital raising also contributes its share in satisfying the capital demand to invest, manufacture for entities in the economy. However, a rapidly growing economy is always in association with acceletating risk in business, production and investment activities.The reality is that recently, insight trading, falsified stock pricing has occurred as well as enterprises with profit making business reports suddenly file bankruptcy ... In this article’s scope,I am pleased to introduce a solution of effective risk protection that is evaluating enterprises’ the risk of bankruptcy listed on Vietnam’s stock market by using the differential function
