Summary:The article argues the idea that in today’s information society, communication becomes an essential component of human existence, so the study of external communication, manifestirujushhego personality in terms of speech competence, General and special education, age, national origin, temperament, health, emotional state, admittedly very relevant. The aim of this study was to reveal the contents of the jekstralingvisticheskoe, the cultural component of the meaning of the word, which directly and indirectly reflects the managed language of national culture-is accomplished using kontrastivnogo, structural-semantic, contextual, cross-cultural, descriptive methods; synthesis and analysis of the linguistic material. Material articles advocating sustainable language units are, on the one hand, bright manifestatorami language, on the other hand, an indicator of identity of thinking people. It has been established that in a speech as the subject of Psycholinguistics manifested verbal activity in the field of communication, identity and communicating-not just communication, but, above all, the desire to convince the interlocutor. That each linguistic and cultural commonality of their picture of the world, emerging through language and non-language-tools is appropriate tool fixtures ethnos to environmental niche, so it requires the identification and analysis of the methods of this adaptation and complementarity that sheds light on the shape optimization of intrakulturnogo and interkulturnogo (for communication both within one ethnic group, and outside of it). The results of the study show that background knowledge do not exist in the form of semantic share words and phrases, and in the form of numerous logical implications and presuppozicij. National-cultural specificity is a semantic components related to the category of peripheral for value and present it implicitly. In connection with this article shall be approved by such aspects of the investigated phenomenon, as national identity language structure, educational feasibility of ethno-cultural information in intercultural communication process, structural-semantic approach to the identification of regularities of formation of bilingual consciousness of personality.
