Summary: | Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh cerita humor pada kegiatan apersepsi pembelajaran terhadap peningkatan motivasi, fokus dan antusias siswa dalam mengikuti pelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni metode kualitatif deskriptif melalui kegiatan pengamatan berkelanjutan. Sampel penelitian merupakan siswa Kelas X MIPA 2 SMAN 21 Garut pada mata pelajaran Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi. Pelaksanaan penelitian dilakukan selama 1 semester pada tahun pelajaran 2018-2019. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa apersepsi menggunakan cerita humor/lucu terbukti berhasil meningkatkan motivasi, fokus dan antusias siswa dalam mengikuti pelajaran. Hal itu ditunjang dengan peningkatan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa sebelum dan sesudah menerapkan apersepsi cerita humor dari 65 menjadi 92,86. Dengan demikian apersepsi cerita homur terbukti dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar dan profesionalisme guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran yang bermutu.
Abstract: This research was conducted to determine the effect of humorous stories on apperception learning activities on increasing motivation, focus and enthusiasm of students following the lesson. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method through continuous observation activities. The research sample is students of X MIPA 2 (21 Garut Senior High School) in the subject of Information and Communication Technology. The research was carried out for one semester in the 2018-2019 school year. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that apperception using humor or humorous stories proved to be successful in increasing student motivation, focus, and enthusiasm in following the lessons. This was supported by an increase in average student learning outcomes before and after applying the humor story perception from 65 to 92.86. Thus the perception of humour stories is proven to improve learning outcomes and teacher professionalism in managing quality learning..
