| Summary: | The article is devoted to research of models and mechanisms to ensure the effectiveness of public-private partnerships in medical and pharmaceutical science and education. It is emphasized that in medical and pharmaceutical education in Ukraine there are only isolated cases of implementation of effective public-private partnership. The new approaches related to the creation of knowledge triangle are proposed. To reduce potential financial risks the creation of reserve fund that will be a tactical and technological damper of change of risks of external system is prompted. |
