The model has two phases, defining the weight coefficients of the criteria using the method of ranking and selecting the most favorable alternative using the MAIRCA method (MultiAtributive Ideal-Real Comparative Analysis). The paper focuses on the application of the MAIRCA method, as a newer method that has emerged in the field of decision making. This method is based on finding the solution closest to the ideal one, through identifying the best value of the alternative according to the observed criterion and measuring the distance of other alternatives according to the observed criterion of the ideal value.
