Lupus Vulgaris Mimicking Hansen′s Disease
A 40 year old female presented with erythematous infiltrating plaque on the face involving both the ears with destruction of nasal cartilage and satellite lesions on the right shoulder. Clinical diagnosis of Hansenâ€s disease was later proved to be a case of Lupus vulgaris.
