Summary:Complete uterine spine is rare. Uterus may spine around its own axis.    Few cases are reported. Common cases of torsion are fibroma, uterus    anomaly and ovarian cyst when it is more likely to be mistaken for another    common cause and then torsion of uterus have been diagnosed.           This case was a 20-years-old woman, primi gravid due to generalized    sever pain abdominal. In order to rule out other causes such pyelonephritis ,    abrubptio placenta, red degeneration myoma and appendicitis. Pain was    increased and then patient was lapratomyzed.           Uterus was rotated in a apposite clock wise direction through 720° twist    around its axis.
