| Summary: | The article thematizes the tensions arising from the suitability of hierarchical and vertical structure of political representation to the environment of distributed communication networks. Analyze how properties of digital technologies have destabilizing political mediation systems traditionally structured according to the mass media logic. The asymmetries between the mass media and the internet are the field of exploration of the ways information and communication technologies (ICT) devices transform the cognitive patterns in processing huge variety of political information on the web. The goal is to understand the influence of communication technology transition in the phenomenon of media personalization of politics. |
