Summary:Twenty-first century is called the century of human capital, which is rapidly becoming obsolete and requires systematic updating and accumulation. Additional professional education system is one of the most effective forms of human development. The article presents the results of the next stage of the research problems of additional vocational training system in staffing modernizing the economy of Siberia. These problems are considered from the perspective of demand and supply of educational services. The authors' conclusions are based on data from a poll of listeners APE and in-depth interviews with heads of educational centers. On the basis of their conclusions about the motives, expectations and results of additional professional education from the perspective of consumers and customers APE. The paper also presents the strategy centers APE regarding interactions with employees and employers, as well as competitors in the market for educational services.
