In this article, is made communication modeling wage and determining its factors on one of the largest enterprises of trade of the Republic of Bashkortostan of the LLC "Universal-Trading" (supermarket chain "the Matrix"). Proposed by the author of the pay model, allows you to accurately to forecast wage worker of the enterprise in the year following the reporting in a monthly cut and presents information basis for acceptance of effective administrative decisions on stimulation of work at the enterprises.
