Description
Summary:The paper considers the wind-energy installation composed of induction generator which is integrated into large power system. Computer programmes based on mathematical models of wind motor, induction generator, step-up transformers, cable and open-air electric power lines have been elaborated with the purpose to investigate quasi-stationary operational conditions of the wind- energy installation. In order to demonstrate the influence of various parameters of wind motor and induction generator on quasi-stationary operational conditions some computational experiments have been carried out.
