Rainbow Flag is the development of educational games for children of disability. Based on the data analysis of the trial data showed that initial product evaluation, physical education specialists 70.7% (Good), learning experts I 72.0% (Good) and learning experts II 86.7% (Good) testing a small group 88.4 % (Good) and field trials / large group 92.9% (Very Good). From the available data it can be concluded that the model of adaptive physical education learning through play Rainbow Flag can be used deaf students in SMPLB of Semarang State. Based on existing data, it can be concluded that the development of adaptive learning model Penjas through the media game Rainbow Flag on Deaf students SMPLB of Semarang State effective and feasible to use the learning material physical fitness.
