Arvind Thekkinghat is first author on ‘Apolipoprotein L9 interacts with LC3/GABARAP and is a microtubule-associated protein with a widespread subcellular distribution’, published in BiO. Arvind conducted the research described in this article while a PhD student in P. N. Rangarajan's lab at the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, India. He is continuing his studies there, investigating eukaryotic cell biology and gene function.
