Summary:The main objective of this paper is to debate and ponder on what we are willing to abdicate up in the name of the efficiency of the judicial system and the predictability of the Court decisions. This is a question that we still have to ask ourselves, regardless of personal beliefs about the use of the robotic decision. Are we sure that artificial intelligence can also be right? Well, the most serious risk of artificial intelligence is that of relying on technology also for the making of judicial decisions. So, we propose think about this in such paper.
