Summary: | <p>It is found areas of political and legal settlement language issue on the analysis of bills polar political forces in modern Ukraine. One of the main areas is interpersonal, inter, mizhpolitychna, intercultural, international and inter-state communication. Communicative direction is basic: it combines all other areas of government and initiating contacts with the regions, local authorities, polar political forces and public at large.</p><p>The study is an actual problem, as related to the preservation and development politoko legal culture in modern Ukraine. Indifference and silence of the problem led to the polarization of Ukrainian society, opposition and division. The confrontation between the right and left political forces in modern Ukraine occurred during the years of independence on ideological basis, based upon linguistic and political separatism pro-Russian political forces. To implement his own idea of further Russification of Ukrainian people and independent Ukraine's accession to the alliance with Russia, pro-Russian policy imposed Ukrainian community law "On ratification of the European Charter for Regional or Minority Languages" in an unacceptable manner which violated the procedure of voting with inappropriate content and idea that violate the laws and Constitution of Ukraine. To achieve the goal, the Communists and the Party of Regions Ukrainian community impose their own laws to raise the status of the Russian language, its protection and dissemination in Ukraine, which since 1997 accumulated in the Verkhovna Rada.</p>The main idea of the article is to adjust the language issue in contemporary Ukraine, which depends on the willingness of the authorities and polar political forces to negotiate and coordinate linguistic and political issues and other conflicts. |
