Summary: | The research aims at:
1-To reveal the impact of an educational program based on the balance and compatibility of the motor accurate performance of some basic skills for students of the second Stage in the College of Physical Education and sports science volleyball.
2-Comparison in the test CRTs between the experimental groups and the officer in the development of compatibility and the kinetic equilibrium to learn some basic skills in volleyball for students of the second stage in the College of Physical Education and sports science.
The theoretical framework included:
learning, motor learning, kinetic equilibrium, motor compatibility and some basic volleyball skills, as well as a range of previous studies and benefit from them.
Research procedures:
the researchers used the experimental method to suit the nature of the research problem. The research society was chosen by the deliberate method of second year students in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences / Mosul University for the academic year (2018 - 2019) The sample of the study consisted of two groups (H, 5), which were randomly chosen by means of a lottery (56 students), which were distributed from The lottery was divided into two groups (experimental and control), after a number of students were excluded for not being equal to Walt Their mother with the rest of the sample totaling (32), and thus became the final number of members of the sample (24 students) and a percentage of (12%. 56) of the original community of males only, spread over two divisions at the rate of 12 students per division. And Parity between the two groups was carried out in the basic variables (age, height and mass) and some physical characteristics, motor abilities and some basic skills of volleyball. The implementation of the educational programme took 4 weeks for the period from 2019/3/26 to 2019/4/18, with 8 modules for the experimental group, 8 for the Tlaimih unit for the control group, the time of each education unit (90) minutes, and after the completion of the programme, the CRTs test was conducted for the selected skills Dated 24-2019/4/25.
The researchers uses the following statistical means:
to reach the current search results, the researchers used statistical pouch (SPSS), using the following methods: Arithmetic mean, standard deviation, percentage, simple correlation coefficient pearson), multilink coefficient , Test (v) for two related accounts with equal number, and test (v) for two non-linked accounts with equal number.
In the light of the results of the research, the researchers reached the following conclusions:
1-the experimental group that carried out the exercise of balance and compatibility of the motor to the control group that implemented the curriculum of the CRTs test in accurate performance of some basic skills of volleyball for the students of the school year Second in the College of Physical Education and mathematical sciences.
2. The superiority of the experimental group and the female officer in the tribal and secondary tests and for the benefit of the later tests
The researchers recommended a number of recommendations, including:
- Confirm the use of balancing exercises and compatibility of motor in the curricula to benefit from the accurate performance of basic skills of volleyball for the students of the second school year in the College of Physical Education and sports Sciences. |
