It reaffirms that it is necessary to address the social context where young people kill each other, creating a hated and dehumanized enemy. It criticizes the polarization in progress in the country, in which the possibility of having compassion for the suffering of the other disappeared. Initiatives that can help addressing the spread of the warrior ethos are suggested, consolidating public safety based on citizenship.
