We report a case of bilateral scrotoschisis in an 8 h old newborn presenting in emergency department with a 4 × 2 cm skin and dartos defect present across the midline in the lower anterior aspect of scrotum causing exteriorization of both testes. Surgery was done to reposition the testes.
